In addition, I feel like people could use something established to put their money in, even if it's something small. The Plan: I'm going to do some basic trading. Nothing fancy like last time, nothing risky, just the same old two-step. The Details: I'll take 3 billion isk. I'm selling C-Shares, priced at 10m per share, paying 1.25% interest per week. I am choosing not to limit how many a single investor can buy. This bond is planned to run for four weeks, although I reserve the right to buy back at two weeks should things in real life become overly disruptive. BULSH BitCH begins 03 Sep 09, with a scheduled end date of 1 Oct 09. Optional early end date is 17 Sep 09. Furthermore, I reserve the right to extend the bond an additional two weeks. The Purchase: The following people have invested with me three or more times, and have priority on sale of shares from time of post until 0400 Eve Time, 1 Sep 09: Kazzac Elentria Tellathi Lansoc Kopec Vikarion Forceflow Prisoner 42 Cailen Thrace Cinta Verick Tellathi Breaker77 Charnea Azrel Other previous investors have shared priority from 0400 Eve Time 1 Sep 09, until 0400 Eve Time 3 Sep 09. Remaining shares will be sold to public reservation. In order to purchase shares, simply post here reserving them. I will note you as reserved. Once the isk is sent to Stardust CEO, I will note you as paid. Please pay prior to 0400 Eve Time 03 Sep 09 (Thursday). Note - The shares will not be tracked in-game, rather, in this post as previously tracked.

From 1 Sep 09 until 3 Sep 09 investors who have previously participated in my offerings may make binding reservations. At 0400 on 3 Sep 09, any shares not reserved by previous investors will be assigned to first-time investors on a first-come first-served basis. While it is possible that all shares will go to previous investors, anyone who makes a reservation will be allowed to purchase one share, thereby ensuring their priority in the next venture. It's the only way I've found to honor previous investors and at the same time ensure that everyone has a chance (even if that chance comes in my next offering, when this bond's single shareholders will be listed as a previous investor). Edited for clarity.

You have, however, been reduced to a single share due to previous investors buying out the offering.

Yes I do realise that you will be doing it this way. Could you not send it to the corp instead? Other people I have invested with have had no issue sending it to the corp. And yeah I suppose i can do this.
